Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking agents who are licensed, experienced and ready to produce.

A strong fit will be someone who:

  • Holds an active real estate license
  • Has proven real estate sales experience
  • Understands how to prospect, list, negotiate and close transactions
  • Is motivated by commission-based income and growth
  • Has experience or a strong network in agricultural land, tillable farms, huntingproperties, recreational ground or acreages
  • Communicates professionally with clients, landowners, buyers and transaction partners
  • Wants access to a larger network, stronger marketing and brokerage-supported opportunities
  • Is ready to represent landowners and buyers with professionalism, urgency and integrity

What You’ll Do

As a Land Specialist, you will represent buyers and sellers of agricultural, hunting, recreational and acreage properties.

You will be expected to pursue new business, follow up with brokerage-provided opportunities, represent clients, assist with property valuation, prepare listings, coordinate showings, negotiate offers and help manage transactions through closing.

This role is best suited for agents who are self-motivated, responsive and ready to take advantage of the opportunities, network and support provided by an established land brokerage.
