Born and raised in West Des Moines, Ellie’s life has been shaped by strong relationships, a natural sense of organization, and a creative mindset that has been evident from an early age. Growing up, she often said she wanted to be a professional organizer, a goal that closely reflects the detail oriented and structured approach she brings to her work today. When she is not working, you will find her traveling, attending workout classes, or spending time with friends and family.

Ellie began her career in the marketing world, where she developed a strong foundation in branding, communication, and strategy. Over time, her interests evolved and led her into the operational side of the real estate industry. This transition has allowed her to combine creativity with structure in a meaningful way. With a few years of holding her real estate license, she continues to deepen her knowledge of the industry and is committed to learning and growing each day.

Her interest in real estate began early while serving as the Marketing Chair for her college’s Business Real Estate Club. This experience brought together her passion for marketing and her interest in real estate, two areas that have remained closely aligned throughout her career. Along the way, Ellie has been influenced by a number of mentors, both personally and professionally, who have helped guide her path.

Today, Ellie serves as the Brokerage Operations Manager at Farm and Rec Real Estate, where she plays a key role in supporting the day to day functions of the business. Known for her organized, detail driven, and creative approach, she thrives in environments where precision and consistency matter. Above all, she values relationships and believes that building strong, lasting connections is at the core of long term success.
