Agent Dylan Salow

Agent: IA

Born and raised in Northeast Iowa, Dylan has deep roots in the land, agriculture, and communities that define the region. Today, he resides in rural Delaware County near Manchester, where agriculture and the outdoors remain an important part of his life.

From an early age, Dylan learned the value of hard work through long days on the farm and countless hours outdoors. Whether behind the wheel of a tractor or sitting in a treestand, those experiences instilled in him patience, perseverance, a strong work ethic, and a genuine appreciation for the land—qualities that continue to shape the way he approaches every client relationship.

Dylan earned his degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University, pairing his firsthand agricultural experience with a strong technical foundation. His experience—from the classroom to the tractor cab—has given him a practical understanding of crop production, land management, and the factors that influence a farm’s productivity and value.

His professional background has also given Dylan firsthand familiarity with federal farm programs and their relationship to agricultural land. Combined with his agronomy background and the resources, knowledge, and experience of the Farm & Rec team, he is able to evaluate property through both an agricultural and real estate lens and provide clients with insight that extends well beyond the transaction itself.

Dylan approaches every opportunity with professionalism and a clear understanding of the objective at hand. Whether working with a landowner, farmer, investor, or buyer, he is committed to providing informed representation, thoughtful guidance, and a high level of service while building lasting relationships founded on trust and results.

Outside of real estate, Dylan remains deeply connected to the Iowa outdoors. He is an avid bowhunter with a passion for pursuing Iowa whitetails. When he is not in the woods, you can often find him fishing or waterskiing and spending time with family and friends on Lake Delhi. He also continues to lend a hand on the farm whenever possible, keeping him closely connected to the agricultural lifestyle that has shaped much of his life.

For Dylan, representing land means understanding what makes each property unique—from its agricultural productivity and program considerations to its recreational potential and long-term value. That perspective allows him to help clients look beyond the acreage and make informed decisions about one of their most important assets.
